Care

At Izabel Display we care for quality in our manufacturing as all stones are set by hand using the highest quality cubic zirconia stones. We recommend caring for the pieces a specific way to prolong their life and extend the use over years and years to come. All pieces are made from Brass with 18k yellow gold plating or rhodium plating depending on the item, topped with Cubic Zirconia in a variety of colors.

PLATED JEWELRY: Izabel Display does not guarantee that the plating will last forever, as by its nature it wears down over time, this is not seen as a product defect. Durability will always depend on how the jewelry piece is cared for. Izabel Display does not replace damages that are caused by improper use, loss or accidents - see care instructions.

GEMSTONES: Izabel Display stones are not considered as durable as a diamond, and are more prone to wear. To avoid stone fall out, fractures or chips it is important to handle the pieces with care and avoid knocking them against hard objects or surfaces. They can loose their shine if not taken care of properly - see care instructions.

For a stone loss to be considered a production defect it has to be noticed within a reasonable amount of time from receiving the item. thereafter it will be seen as self-inflicted and caused by wear and tear. Izabel Display does not replace damages that are caused by improper use, loss or accidents - see care instructions.

CARE: For long lasting durability, please,

- Avoid all liquids, including water, salt water, perfume, creams, soap, Hand sanitizer, lotions, oils and make-up.

- Take of all jewelry when washing your hands or showering/swimming.

- Jewelry must be removed before exercise. Sweat can speed up tarnish of the plating.

- Remove jewelry before bed.

- Keep away from scratching or hitting hard objects or surfaces.

- Clean/polish your pieces regularly to minimize risk of tarnishing.

- Store in original box or other enclosed jewelry pouch or box to avoid scratching and humidity.

CLEANING:

We recommend polishing your items using a cloth and can also in some cases use jewelry cleaning products to get that shine back. Feel free to reach out to contact@izabeldisplay.com for more cleaning advice or questions.
