General terms of service ("General Conditions") apply when ("you" or "Customer") place an order for Izabel Display, company registrations number 559260-3582 ("Company", "us", "our" or "we") on Izabeldisplay.com (the "Website").
By accepting our General Conditions you confirm you age of at least 18 years old of age or have your legal guardians permission and that you will comply with our General Conditions. You also confirm that you have read the information about privacy policy and handling of personal data in accordance with Shopify. Our General Conditions are set out to be global, although depending on where you live mandatory law may also apply. The General Conditions of Izabel Display should not be seen as limitation if such laws provide greater rights for you.
Izabel Display reserves the right to revise the General Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found at final section of the Terms & Conditions. Customers are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes as the General Terms for your order is always the one active while placing your order and not a later or newer version.
By accepting our General Conditions you understand that any order, purchase or transaction is made exclusively between the company and the customer. And that Shopify, the platform provider is not responsible for any interactions or transactions on IzabelDisplay.com.
Placing order on the website or by using the website you confirm that you have read and understood Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. Please note that Izabel Display does not guarantee that all products on the website are in stock or available for purchase and reserves its right to stop selling a product.
Order confirmation will be received by e-mail after submitting your order. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgment that we received your order and is not an acceptance of the order. When you receive an order confirmation the purchase agreements are entered into. You are responsible for entering the correct and complete personal data. Izabel Display reserves the right, at our discretions, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. All products ordered remain our property until we have received full payment of them and accepted your order.
Shipping confirmation e-mail is considered the acceptance of your order. Please note that Izabel Display does not guarantee that all products present on our website are in stock. If a product is unavailable we will contact you to either refund you the amount of the purchase or create a pre-order.
Prices indicated on the website apply to orders made on the website. All prices are in the currency stated on the website and include VAT where specified. If nothing else is stated on the website the prices do not include payment- or shipping fees and these are given separately at checkout. Please note that additional fees and local charges may apply depending on where you live and local regulations. Such charges are at your expense and will not be refunded by Izabel Display.
Shipping your order will take place within 36 business hours of placing your order, please note that a slight delay may occur during high season. Estimated delivery time applies after the 36 hour handling period.

In the event that a parcel cannot be located an investigation with the shipping carrier will be initiated. The investigation process may take up to 60 days. If the parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier the customer will be eligible for either a full refund or a replacement shipment, based on their preference.
Delivery time will depend on the customers location. If parcel is to be picked up at service point/delivery point you are required to do so within the time specified on the notification. If you do not pick up your delivery in time and it gets returned to Izabel Display your order will be refunded for you to place again, a handling fee and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the returning payment.
Returns from Sweden, EU, Norway and US can be made within 14 days from receiving your order, you will receive a return label and a handling fee will be deducted from your returning payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us at customercare@izabeldisplay.com for further information. If your return is accepted, you will receive a shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. The customer/person to return the item has got 7 days to ship the parcel from requesting a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping fee included in your order will not be refunded as you return your order.

Exchanges can be made within 14 days from receiving the order. We recommend exchanging a product if you wish to have another color or size of the same product/cost. If you wish to have an entirely different product we recommend you to return the order and place a new one. The return cost will be on the customers behalf depending on country.
Refunds will take place once we receive and inspect your return. If your return was approved your item will be refunded automatically to your original payment method, please keep in mind that it can take a couple of business days for the money to transfer. If your return does not fulfill the return requirements you will get notified through email. The first shipping cost to have your order shipped out will not be refunded.
Damages and issues should be notified upon reception to ensure us that it is a production defect. Contact us within 72 hours from receiving your order if your item is defective, damaged or if it's the wrong items/size from what you ordered. Izabel Display only takes action in direct damage and not if an item is lost by the customer. For further information about claims and care please see information here.
For a claim to be considered it needs to be proven that this is a product defect. In such cases the customer will receive a new item or refund if item is not available. The claim has to be noticed in a reasonable amount of time to be considered a product defect, thereafter it will be seen as self-inflicted and caused by wear and tear. Izabel Display does not replace damages that are caused by improper use, loss or accidents. Non-returnable items are custom products, sale items or gift cards.
Copyright in these documents, all content, pictures, products, logos, graphics, icons, designs and texts are all owned by Izabel Display and can not be used without permission. You are not allowed to use the information above for commercial use if not accepted by us in written consent.
Technical issues may occur in texts, pictures, incorrect prices or information regarding a product being in stock. All images on the website are for illustrational purposes meaning you will not receive all pieces included in a picture of only one is ordered. Make sure you order the right items by checking your cart and order confirmation to make any changes before it gets accepted.
Any contracts concluded between us using these Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute regarding the application of these Terms&Conditions should be governed by the country or state where we conduct our business. As a consumer, you may bring proceedings against us in the courts for the place where you are domiciled.
TERMS FOR RETAILERS - SWEDEN Försäljnings-och leveransvillkor En beställning anses bindande 10 dagar efter orderdatum, köpet är slutgiltigt när kunden mottagit en orderbekräftelse. Är ordern slutgiltig har köparen accepterat och godkänt dessa ”TERMS FOR RETAILERS - SWEDEN”. Varor som lagerhålls kan skickas omedelbart. Beställningsvaror anländer för sortering efter minst 6-8 veckor beroende på orderns storlek. Leverans Izabel Display ansvarar inte för postens förseningar och brister. Betalningsvillkor Betalning sker inom 10-30 dagar. Om betalning ej sker i tid tillkommer en dröjsmålsränta och övriga förseningsavgifter enligt svensk lag. Äganderätt Levererade produkter förblir Izabel Displays egendom tills kunden erlagt full betalning. Försäljningsadress Om inget annat avtalas skriftligen med Izabel Display får varorna endast säljas på den företagsadress som uppges på orderbekräftelsen, både fysisk butik och tillhörande webbsida. Reklamation Reklamationer bör godkännas som produktionsfel av Izabel Display för att sedan ersättas med nya varor eller kreditering beroende på kundens efterfrågan. En produkt som säljs bör vara i toppskick. Det krävs att det är ett produktionsfel och inte en skada orsakad av kunden själv. Retur Retur av order godtas ej.
TERMS FOR RETAILERS - WORLDWIDE Delivery and sales An order is binding 10 days after order confirmation date, purchase is confirmed when order confirmation is received. If an order is finalized "TERMS FOR RETAILERS - WORLDWIDE" is approved automatically and instantly. Delivery time up to 8 weeks. Izabel Display does not compensate late deliveries on account of the delivery company. Payment Invoice payment within 14 days. Overdue invoices will result in late payment interest fees and other fees added according to Swedish law. Ownership Delivered products remain Izabel Displays property until the customer has paid in full. Sales address Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Izabel Display, the goods may only be sold at the business address stated on the order confirmation, both physical store and associated website. Claims Claims must be accepted as production defect by Izabel Display and then replaces with new goods or credit depending on situation. A product that is sold should be in top condition. It is required that it is a production defect and not damage caused by the customer themself. Swaps No swaps. Returns No returns of order.
