EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM RECEIVING THE ORDER. WE RECOMMEND EXCHANGING A PRODUCT IF YOU WISH TO HAVE ANOTHER COLOR OR SIZE OF THE SAME PRODUCT/COST. IF YOU WISH TO HAVE AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT WE RECOMMEND YOU TO RETURN THE ORDER AND PLACE A NEW ONE. THE RETURN COST WILL BE ON THE CUSTOMERS BEHALF DEPENDING ON COUNTRY.

REFUNDS WILL TAKE PLACE ONCE WE RECEIVE AND INSPECT YOUR RETURN. IF YOUR RETURN WAS APPROVED YOUR ITEM WILL BE REFUNDED AUTOMATICALLY TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT IT CAN TAKE A COUPLE OF BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE MONEY TO TRANSFER. IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT FULFILL THE RETURN REQUIREMENTS YOU WILL GET NOTIFIED THROUGH EMAIL. THE FIRST SHIPPING COST TO HAVE YOUR ORDER SHIPPED OUT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES SHOULD BE NOTIFIED UPON RECEPTION TO ENSURE US THAT IT IS A PRODUCTION DEFECT. CONTACT US WITHIN 72 HOURS FROM RECEIVING YOUR ORDER IF YOUR ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR IF IT'S THE WRONG ITEMS/SIZE FROM WHAT YOU ORDERED. IZABEL DISPLAY ONLY TAKES ACTION IN DIRECT DAMAGE AND NOT IF AN ITEM IS LOST BY THE CUSTOMER. FOR A CLAIM TO BE CONSIDERED IT NEEDS TO BE PROVEN THAT THIS IS A PRODUCT DEFECT. IN SUCH CASES THE CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE A NEW ITEM OR REFUND IF ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CLAIM HAS TO BE NOTICED IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME TO BE CONSIDERED A PRODUCT DEFECT, THEREAFTER IT WILL BE SEEN AS SELF-INFLICTED AND CAUSED BY WEAR AND TEAR. IZABEL DISPLAY DOES NOT REPLACE DAMAGES THAT ARE CAUSED BY IMPROPER USE, LOSS OR ACCIDENTS.
