Izabel Displays General Terms & Conditions

General terms and conditions ("General Conditions") apply when ("you" or "Customer") place an order for Izabel Display, company registrations number SE0005317607 ("Company", "us", "our" or "we") on Izabeldisplay.com (the "Website").

By accepting our General Conditions you confirm you age of at least 18 years old of age or have your legal guardians permission and that you will comply with our General Conditions. You also confirm that you have read the information about privacy policy and handling of personal data in accordance with Shopify. Our General Conditions are set out to be global, although depending on where you live mandatory law may also apply. The General Conditions of Izabel Display should not be seen as limitation if such laws provide greater rights for you. 

Izabel Display reserves the right to revise the General Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found at final section of the Terms & Conditions. Customers are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes as the General Terms for your order is always the one active while placing your order and not a later or newer version. 

By accepting our General Conditions you understand that any order, purchase or transaction is made exclusively between the company and the customer. And that Shopify, the platform provider is not responsible for any interactions or transactions on IzabelDisplay.com. 

Placing order on the website or by using the website you confirm that you have read and understood Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. Please note that Izabel Display does not guarantee that all products on the website are in stock or available for purchase and reserves its right to stop selling a product.

Order confirmation will be received by e-mail after submitting your order. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgment that we received your order and is not an acceptance of the order. When you receive an order confirmation the purchase agreements are entered into. You are responsible for entering the correct and complete personal data. Izabel Display reserves the right, at our discretions, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. All products ordered remain our property until we have received full payment of them and accepted your order. 

Shipping confirmation e-mail is considered the acceptance of your order. Please note that Izabel Display does not guarantee that all products present on our website are in stock. If a product is unavailable we will refund you the amount of the purchase. 

Prices indicated on the website apply to orders made on the website. All prices are in the currency stated on the website and include VAT where specified. If nothing else is stated on the website the prices do not include payment- or shipping fees and these are given separately at checkout. Please note that additional fees and local charges may apply depending on where you live and local regulations. Such charges are at your expense and will not be refunded by Izabel Display. 

Shipping your order will take place within 78 hours of placing your order, please note that a slight delay may occur during high season. All parcels are shipped out through PostNord. As soon as your package arrives at county of destination your local postal office takes over all responsibility regarding the parcel being delivered on time, to the correct address and anything else that has to do with your package. Taxes or other additional fees may be added if you purchase an items outside EU.

As the parcel is handed over to PostNord shipping usually takes

1-3 days within Sweden

1-7 days within EU

1-14 days outside of EU.

All orders are shipped with trackable shipping. Izabel Display does not take responsibility for lost or wrongly delivered parcels outside of Sweden if PostNord and your local postal office considers it to be delivered. Within Sweden you have 60 days until your parcel will be considered lost if not yet received, the customer will receive a full refund or replacement based on their request. 

Delivery time will depend on the customers location. If parcel is supposed to be picked up at service point/delivery point you are required to do so within the time specified on the notification. If you do not pick up your delivery in time and it gets returned to Izabel Display your order will be refunded for you to place again.  

Returns can be made within 14 days from receiving your order, meaning we have a 14-day return policy for free returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact us at return@izabeldisplay.com for further information. If your return is accepted, you will receive a shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. The customer/person to return the item has got 7 days to ship the parcel from requesting a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping fee included in your order will not be refunded as you return your order.

Free shipping does not include all countries, feel free to contact us before placing an order to make sure your shipping destination is available for free return.

Exchanges can be made within 14 days from receiving the order. We recommend exchanging a product if you wish to have another color or size of the same product/cost. If you wish to have an entirely different product we recommend you to return the order and place a new one. 

Refunds will take place once we receive and inspect your return. If your return was approved your item will be refunded automatically to your original payment method, please keep in mind that it can take a couple of business days for the money to transfer. If your return does not fulfill the return requirements you will get notified through email. The first shipping cost to have your order shipped out will not be refunded. 

Damages and issues should be notified upon reception to ensure us that it is a production defect. Contact us within 72 hours from receiving your order if your item is defective, damaged or if its the wrong items/size from what you ordered. Izabel Display only takes action in direct damage and not if an item is lost by the customer.

Non-returnable items are custom products, sale items or gift cards. If you used a discount code checking out you can exchange, not return as your item is considered to be bought on sale. 

Copyright in these documents, all content, pictures, products, logos, graphics, icons, designs and texts are all owned by Izabel Display and can not be used without permission. You are not allowed to use the information above for commercial use if not accepted by us in written consent. 

Technical issues may occur in texts, pictures, incorrect prices or information regarding a product being in stock. All images on the website are for illustrational purposes meaning you will not receive all pieces included in a picture of only one is ordered. Make sure you order the right items by checking your cart and order confirmation to make any changes before it gets accepted. 

Any contracts concluded between us using these Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute regarding the application of these Terms&Conditions should be governed by the country or state where we conduct our business. As a consumer, you may bring proceedings against us in the courts for the place where you are domiciled.
